We plan to accomplish our mission via these methods:

Community - Each location lives "in community" either on one property in different apartments or on neighboring properties. We share responsibilities for the children, share fun, share faith ... Share the ups and downs of our lives. Each person contributes his or her talents and work.

Service and Faith - Each person, at each location must perform weekly community service - often in groups, often with the children. We also have one international location in Guadalajara, Mexico, whom we sponsor and do mission trips and student exchanges. We want to promote a global understanding and multilingual capabilities. We want to promote an attitude of self-sacrifice, i.e. unselfish service to others, most especially to those in our small communities and also to those in our local surrounding communities.

Integrity, Communication and Leadership - We want to promote leadership skills by intentionally teaching good communication and leadership, first by example. The same goes for integrity. We hold up the Virtues, the Beatitudes and the Gospel as our daily guideposts.

Utilizing the human animal bond - Not by having tons of pets as much as by respecting and caring fully for the animals that we do have. Natural Horsemanship programs are integral to our goal of building confidence and leadership and joy in children.

Respect for the earth and creation - First by respecting life and also by trying to utilize alternate energy sources and by being careful how we utilize our resources and by trying to live simply - not consumptively.
